Galia Travel LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company ("Galia Travel LLC," "Galia Travel," "we," or "us"), sets forth the following terms and conditions for bookings made with us. References to "you" and "your" include the primary person making the booking and all individuals on whose behalf the booking is made or any person to whom a booking is transferred.

When you book with us, these Terms and Conditions, our privacy policy, and any other written information we provide to you regarding your booking (collectively, the "Agreement") will apply. This Agreement outlines your important rights and legal obligations when booking travel with us. By making a booking, you and your fellow travelers agree to all terms stated herein. If you or any of your group disagree with any term, please notify us immediately. When you book with us, you confirm that you have legal authority over those for whom the booking is made. We will work closely with you to design every detail of your journey.

  We strive to design a trip that meets your unique travel needs alongside Galia Travel LLC's Preferred Partners. Once your travel plans are finalized, you will receive an itinerary with detailed costs. Please note that prices and availability may change prior to payment due to factors such as fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, and supplier increases. We will notify you of any changes. Payment terms will be indicated. Upon processing your payment, you will receive a receipt, followed by travel documents. It's your responsibility to review all travel documentation and alert us to any necessary corrections.

  If you wish to amend your booking after the final invoice has been issued, please contact us. We will collaborate with our partners to make changes; however, any modifications are subject to the Supplier’s terms, and you will be responsible for any change fees. It's important to note that some airlines and hotels may treat changes as cancellations, which could result in cancellation fees.

  Should you need to cancel your travel plans, please send your cancellation request in writing. Upon receipt, Galia Travel LLC will follow standard industry procedures to process any 

applicable refunds according to the Suppliers’ terms. Note that partially used flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel items cannot be refunded. Certain Supplier terms may include a 100% cancellation penalty after booking, resulting in no refund for that portion of your travel. Cancellations must be made during standard business hours or via email. The effective date of cancellation is when Galia Travel LLC receives the notice.

  If a Supplier Partner needs to make significant changes to your confirmed booking or cancel it, we will inform you promptly and liaise between you and the Supplier to organize alternative arrangements. However, we have no further liability if agreeable alternative services cannot be offered. We are not responsible for a Supplier's failure to issue a refund or for issues related to supplier bankruptcy, insolvency, or other performance failures.

  We cannot accept liability, provide any refunds, or offer compensation if our contractual obligations are affected by events amounting to "force majeure." This includes circumstances such as acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial action, pandemics, and other unforeseeable events beyond our control.

  Even with the best planning, unexpected events can occur. We strongly recommend purchasing a travel protection plan, including cancellation for any reason coverage. Most policies do not cover epidemics and pandemics when travel warnings are in place. Discuss your coverage needs with a qualified insurance broker. Note that Galia Travel LLC will not be liable for any losses that travel protection would have covered if you choose not to purchase appropriate coverage. Additionally, you agree to hold us harmless for any denied claims.

  Galia Travel LLC operates solely as an agent and does not own or control any entity that provides goods or services for your trip, including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, or excursion providers. All these entities are independent contractors. You release and hold harmless Galia Travel LLC for any negligent or willful actions or omissions by these third parties. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience during your travel.

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galia Travel LLC from any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from any claims or causes of action arising directly or indirectly from your breach of this Agreement or damages caused by you while traveling with Galia Travel LLC.

  You hereby expressly assume all risks and dangers associated with travel and agree to release Galia Travel LLC and our agents from any liability for occurrences arising from such risks. You assume full responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and connecting points. Names on your documents must match your government-issued ID. Any discrepancies must be corrected immediately to avoid potential issues during travel. You also assume responsibility for understanding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest conditions at your destination. We recommend checking the State Department and CDC websites for travel advisories and health information. 

  Consult your healthcare provider for current inoculation recommendations before traveling. Ensure you meet all health entry requirements for your destinations. All health requirements must be obtained at your own cost.

  Airline schedules can change, and flights may be canceled. Galia Travel LLC will assist with finding alternate options but is not responsible for additional costs incurred.

  We strive to maintain accurate information and prices on our website and communications. However, errors can occur. Check the current details before confirming your booking. Note that hotel standards and facilities can vary internationally, and amenities may change without notice.

  If you have any complaints while traveling, inform Galia Travel LLC and the appropriate Supplier immediately. Most issues can be resolved on the spot. If unresolvable, submit a written complaint to us within 30 days of your return. Complaints about accommodations, ground transportation, and airfare should be directed to the Supplier.

  Clients agree not to make any statements or representations that may disparage Galia Travel LLC or its stakeholders.

  All matters concerning travel services shall be governed by Florida law. Legal proceedings against Galia Travel LLC can only be instituted in state or federal court in Collier or Lee County, Florida.  You agree to present any claims within 30 days after your trip ends and to file suits within one year of the incident. The courts in Collier or Lee County, Florida, will have exclusive jurisdictions for all claims.

  This Agreement, along with any other provided documents, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Galia Travel LLC. Any unlawful or unenforceable provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

  Galia Travel LLC offers professional travel planning and concierge services, for which we may charge a non-refundable planning fee per trip. This fee will be discussed during our initial complimentary consultation. The fee is collected prior to itinerary work and is not part of reservation costs.

Airfare and Air Ticketing: We use outside services for airfare quotations and bookings, charging a $50 per person fee for domestic US airfare and a $75 per person fee for international airfare. Prices and availability are subject to change until tickets are issued.

  We recommend using a credit card for your purchase to exercise rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if services are not received. 

If Galia Travel LLC is the credit card merchant, our role is to facilitate the sale, collect funds, and remit them to Suppliers. Your recourse for any service issues would be against the Suppliers, not Galia Travel LLC. 

If Galia Travel LLC is not the credit card merchant, but instead facilitates the transaction by passing your payments through to the Suppliers, we ensure the secure processing of your payment, and coordinate timely remittance to Suppliers. However, the ultimate responsibility for delivering services lies with the Suppliers. Should issues like non-delivery or service quality problems arise, your recourse should be directed towards the Supplier. We will assist in resolving disputes where possible, but refunds or credits cannot be guaranteed due to Supplier policies and financial stability. 

  Data Collection: When contacting us for services, we may require the following information:

· Personal details (e.g., name, date of birth, gender)

· Contact details (e.g., email address, phone number)

· Health details, where applicable

· Travel preferences and details (e.g., flight numbers, hotel bookings)

· Government-issued documents (e.g., passports, visas)

· Details regarding your use of websites and applications

· Financial details (e.g., credit card information)

By providing personal data, you confirm authority to do so on behalf of others and have informed them about this privacy policy.

How We Use Your Personal Data:

We retain personal data as long as we have a relationship with you or as required by law. Personal information is not sold or disclosed unnecessarily.
